Clean facility, attentive staff, and my dog loves going

I feel my dog is safe at Dogtopia. My dog is very strong and anxious. The staff are well prepared.
I like that I can watch my pup on the video in real time. The staff are always pleasant and kind.

The friendly staff and how happy my dog is when we get to the facility. Means she enjoys being there and playing all day.

So far, I’ve appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the ability to check in on my dog via webcam, the ease of scheduling appointments and how happy my dog has been since her first daycare experience.

I would like to note that when I picked my pup after her Meet and Greet, two of her paws were raw. I believe this is due to her not being used to the flooring, but I think it would be a good idea to give your customers a heads up that this is possible.

I like that I can check on him through out the day on the web cam.
