I think there should be more than 1 person in a room with the dogs if there are more than 6 dogs.

The staff is great, they’re always willing to discuss any questions or concerns. My Sammy loves going there and I always feel confident that he is in a safe environment and is well cared for. We love Ashley and her staff & would highly recommend Dogtopia!

I love how good my girl looks when I get her back. I also know that it’s been a journey to get my big girl to corporate and actually get her hair cut. I am so happy we stuck with it. I just wish I knew why my dogo sometimes has a big scab on the bridge of her nose or tip of her ears. Again I know my girl can be less than helpful… it would just be a good thing to know when I pick her up.

As for doing things better… for me and my big girl, you all do an amazing job and we appreciate you very much!

The reservation process is seamless and the team is very quick to respond/confirm.

I like that I can check in on the pups via video. Especially with our new rescue pup, it allows me to see how she is interacting and if she seems stressed.

The team always knows our pups and can share tidbits about them. It is hard not to love dogs, they are wonderful, but to know that the dogtopia team genuinely loves dogs makes us feel better when we are away.
