Friendly, dog-loving staff. My dog is always happy to go and is pretty tired when he gets home. I haven’t heard any staff say one mean thing to all the dogs that come and go.

I like the hours of operation, the ease of drop-off and pick-up

Be more consistent. Sometimes, we get our receipts, sometimes we don’t. Once in a great while, we get a “report card”. I’m not sure the decision for when we do get communication. It just seems random. That’s just an observation, not a dealbreaker. The important thing is our dog enjoys his visits.

We have used dogtopia for grooming, boarding and day care. And we are never disappointed. The staff is always professional and courteous. They treat our pup like he was their own. Thank you dogtopia!!!!!!! For making Ahti part of your family.

It would be nice if there were price breaks for longer stays – but I get that maybe that’s not feasible.

It’s obvious you listen to your customers and you care about the animals. I appreciate you.

The people working there are very caring and treat my dogs like their own. They observe and report any concerns promptly. I really appreciate them for their strong commitment to their work.
