2. The cameras are always on. This feature calms too
3. The staff is always energetic and happy to see your dogs and to see the owners

Pros: Business hours, friendly staff; Cons: lobby area looks and smells dirty at times.
I love the staff and the daily activities for the dogs. I feel like my dogs are part of the Dogtopia’s staff family.
Really appreciate the recently expanded evening hours! Love to be able to check the webcam to see my boys 🥰
