Everything. The people are wonderful friendly and caring. Itâs nice to be able to take my baby to someplace that I trust and know she will be well cared for and have a lot of fun. I love Dogtopia.
The attention Nova gets from all of the staff is amazing. She (Nova) loves âMakin Baconâ and âBubblesâ days.

Staff was very friendly butâŚsorry, the lobby really smells awful, like 100 cats peed in the lobby which is crazy. I used to work for a very busy, large vet practice and it never smelled nearly as bad. You guys need some air purifiers in the lobbyâŚSTAT. That said, I didnât subtract a star because it appeared clean despite the pungent aroma. And my dog seemed to enjoy herself there and thatâs what matters most!
Very patient with my anxious furr baby. David was very welcoming to us and willing to work with getting my baby reacquainted.
