Staff was very friendly but…sorry, the lobby really smells awful, like 100 cats peed in the lobby which is crazy. I used to work for a very busy, large vet practice and it never smelled nearly as bad. You guys need some air purifiers in the lobby…STAT. That said, I didn’t subtract a star because it appeared clean despite the pungent aroma. And my dog seemed to enjoy herself there and that’s what matters most!
Very patient with my anxious furr baby. David was very welcoming to us and willing to work with getting my baby reacquainted.
