You’d love to spend all of your time with your dog, but sometimes that’s just not possible, especially if you’re going out of town. For our regular daycare clients, we offer a variety of luxury dog overnight options, whether you need a safe and comfortable place to leave your four-legged family member just one night or for an extended period of time.
Our caring, highly trained team will treat your pup like one of their own during their stay with us. Your dog will get the exercise, care and attention they deserve.
What Sets Dogtopia of Frederick’s Dog OVERNIGHTS Apart
Unlike other boarding centers, we don’t leave our canine guests in crates for most of their stay with little time for play. Instead, we recognize that dogs are social animals that require play with other like-minded pups. That’s why our overnight guests are very comfortable in our environment as a result of doing regular daycare, and they enjoy up to 10 hours of play during the day on their overnight stays, plus additional nighttime activities.
We want your dog to be as comfortable and happy as possible during their stay with us. That’s why we encourage our customers to bring their dog’s own bedding and food to make them feel more at home. If you’re new to Dogtopia, and to ensure your dog is comfortable in our environment before their first overnight stay, we require at least 3 days of daycare prior to their first boarding stay to get to know their Canine Coaches, our daily routines, as well as to make some new friends! Our highly trained team will let you know if your dog is ready for an overnight. To continue using us for overnights, regular monthly daycare visits are required for non-enrolled dogs.
Enrolled clients receive priority overnight reservations and can book their reservations well in advance. Non-enrolled clients may request overnight reservations, but they will only be approved, based on availability, 30 days out from the requested overnight start date to ensure priority overnight spaces for enrolled clients.

WEBCAM ACCESS
When you’re out of town, we know you will want to check in and see how you’re dog is doing – that’s why we offer live webcam access so you can check in on your dog during the day using a desktop or by downloading our mobile app, available on both Apple and Android devices.
SUPERVISED SAFETY
We are dedicated to keeping your dog safe and happy. Before you book your dog’s boarding stay, please bring them to Dogtopia of Frederick so our caring team can conduct a personal meet and greet your dog and determine if they are the right fit for our open-play, off-leash environment.
All dogs that stay with us must be up to date on vaccinations and be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases. If you have a puppy, your puppy must be at least three months old and current on required vaccinations. We require that all dogs seven months and older are spayed or neutered.
SPA SERVICES
When your dog is staying with us, why not pamper them? We offer spa packages that can be incorporated into your dog’s boarding stay. Your pampered pup will be clean, clipped and groomed when you pick them up. You can also book separate spa appointments.
Beyond baths, we also offer treatments such as teeth brushing, nail trimming and ear cleaning. Your dog will be both relaxed and clean after their boarding stay.

- Nap Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoon Playtime: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Evening Playtime & Potty Break: 8:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
- Bedtime: 10:00 p.m.
