Great team in the morning & customer care manager that did intake and orientation was excellent
My pup has been going to Dogtopia her whole life. She’s 10 and still loves going. The employees are friendly and personable and I always feel comfortable leaving Murphy with them whether it’s for the day or for an overnight stay.
Professionalism, generla knowledge of dog breeds and behaviors (team member specific), clean and neat environment for both pets and pet-parents.
Would suggest that newer team members are provided additional mentoring with the solid, experienced staff. Not quite the same experience – additional leadership/mentoring would help.
Great to see Dogtopia involved in community service efforts. Give-back always a winner!
