Ownership and staff genuinely seem to care about our dog
The Dogtopia of Frisco owners and staff loves every dog and it always seem like they provide special attention to every dog coming through their doors. My dog Shamus loves going there for play time and boarding. He gets lots of love, fun activities, and exercise playing with other dogs while boarding there and when I pick him up he’s plum tuckered out!

Kennel cough has been going through most day cares in the area so I’m nervous to recommend any of them. I do enjoy the staff and themes at day care! It would be great if there was an outdoor area as well though.

I adopted a rescue Husky and found out very quickly that Husky’s are a super active breed. After the adoption, I needed to go back into the office a few days a week and knew I could not keep my Husky in crate the whole day. I found Dogtopia in Frisco and went on a meet and greet. When I came back to pick up my Husky, the franchise owners were there and they were super friendly and engaging. The owners have a strong presence in the facility and are very “hands on” owners. My dog has been attending play sessions on weekly basis for several months now and he is so excited when he knows he is headed to Dogtopia. This facility is also my “go to” boarder. I love the fact that I can board him in the same environment so, it a lot less stress on me and my dog since my dog is already familiar with the environment. The trainers are awesome and always come out to the lobby to escort my dog and greet him with a big hug. He is so much happier now that he gets to play and meet new friends each day instead of being locked in a crate. I love the fact that Dogtopia is more than just a doggie day care. The owners are intent on providing excellent services which including boarding and spa services for your pets and they genuinely care about your pets. I am so relieved that I can go to the office and know that my dog is in a safe and nurturing environment.
