The smell when you walking in the facility

Grooming was 10/10 amazing!

There seems to be a lot of dogs per employee. More than there used to be.

Provide a better payment system. You no longer accept cash (???). Have no credit card acceptance machine and have to have one of your staff input the data. Not very secure having an unknown have your card number.
Bad policy all around!!

Staff is always friendly. Sometimes the lobby area doesn’t smell fresh and clean.

Staff is friendly and this visit, they recognized my dog had a lot of extra energy and helped her burn that energy having her go in the Gym room. My girl was a happy dog.

We love Dogtopia and have used them for years. However, the pricing is just getting too high. I’m hoping we don’t have to board somewhere else in the future:(

The staff are very friendly, and my boy is well taken care of! I appreciate that he’s placed in the Toy Box with other short dogs.

I like the service very much but my husband was upset because my children got kennel cough. Otherwise I enjoyed it watching them on a video. It seems very different to them but I felt they were safe and they had better air-conditioning than we do at home.
