Luna had a great visit at Dogtopia of Gainesville. She spent the weekend there. I liked that we could see her on the camera’s. She had so much fun playing with the other dogs.

I’ve had issues with billing and charge discrepancies that were difficult to correct. Also, I had the wrong dog brought out to me so it would be helpful to maybe work on a better system so new employees can be confident they are bringing out the correct dogs.

I like this place where the employees always try to keep the room clean ASAP after the dogs do their business . They look after all the dogs very well. I like web videos to check out how my puppy is playing with other dogs and how other dogs are playing with other dogs. I think this place is very safe for my puppy. Thank you for making my puppy a safe and happy day.

Location, ease of access, friendly service and price!

My dog is always excited to arrive at Dogtopia and he comes home tired after a longboard day of playing. The staff are always friendly and the facility is very clean. I also appreciate how easy it is to make appointments.
