Our dogs are so well taken care of! It is so nice to have that peace of mind knowing that they are comfortable and happy while we are away from them. Thank you Dogtopia!

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Our pooch loves being there and having playmates to pass the time with.

The staff is attentive and take very good care of our dog in daycare and boarding. The place is SO clean every time we visit. We can watch the camera livestream to check on our dog which gives us reassurance we can actually see that she’s happy and safe. Any questions or issues are responded to quickly. I’ve recommended Dogtopia to a couple of friends who now bring their dogs

Everyone’s accommodating. They engage the dogs. Also, the video is a good feature.

I love how all the employees immediately give attention to my dog (Smokey) as we walk in. That helps him go more freely with them to the Romper room. Another Very important thing for us is I am able to check in and watch him play with the other dogs through the camera. That was most important to me when I started looking for a place for him. It would be nice in the future if you had cameras for the over night stays in their room however I know that is alot to ask. Our other place had that and it was to see him at night when I checked in on him. Love all the employees that I have met at the Geneva location. They do a wonderful job with giving Smokey attention and playing with him.

Friendly service and very clean, I wish there was more interaction between the dogs but there really isn’t anything you can do about that. I’ll just wait and see if once my dog gets more cconfortable with other dogs.
