Very very caring of my dog!

Everything!!

Watchful staff, clean environment, dogs are screened before allowed to attend.
Wish there was some training incorporated in the day care. Would pay extra for it.

The overall customer service is outstanding and they truly care about our dog!

My pup loves going to Dogtopia for daycare and the occasional boarding. They are so excited to see him and he’s so excited to be there and play with his friends.

Dogtopia of Geneva is a wonderful daycare and boarding facility. We tried three other facilities before Dogtopia came to Geneva and Dogtopia is by far the best facility we have ever used for our dog Sophie!! She has boarded here several times, and goes to daycare about once a week, and has always had an excellent experience. The staff are amazing and so positive, the facility is spotless, and my family can watch our dog in daycare and see that she is safe and having lots of fun. Our dog has multiple medications to manage some health issues and the kennel staff has always been outstanding at keeping our dog on her medication schedule. Sophie always comes home from daycare or boarding a very happy puppy.

Your friendly faces as we arrive and the greeting “hello Dolly” to our little girl. Your facility is always clean and fresh. Dolly wants to go to the Toy Box and that makes us happy and not worried when we leave her. I enjoy watching the videos of the dogs too. That is a nice feature for you to have.

The people, atmosphere and hours. More weekend hours would be wonderful
