Friendly and caring staff. Very clean and organized

Friendly staff and my dog had a great time & was exhausted.

Kaylee, Brandon, and 1 other pretty lady sorry I didn’t get her name – they are warm, accommodating, and you can tell they love their job and our pets, too.

Very friendly, and So good with my pups. They looked great when done.

I like that the staff is very friendly and pay great attention to my dogs.
I issue I have is I wish the cameras were working in each room/area. There is one camera that hasn’t been working for months.

I love that there is always a human in the room, the cleanliness, the activities for the pups, and the general atmosphere

I love that I can watch my pup, I like that they have someone near by watching them and letting them explore and become familiar with new ppl and other pup friends. I also like that they have been able to accommodate my early drop offs so I can get to work on time. My dog loves Dogtopia, he wishe she was there more often to hang out. I’m please with their services and employees.

Everything! I love that my dog is greeted by name every time I arrive. I don’t know all the team members but they all know my dog and my dog is always so happy to see them. Truly feels like she is loved by the team there. I also love that you can see her on camera throughout the day and it’s gives me a peace of mind.

I like the setup and understand the limitations, I also really like that there are indoor play areas that are closely monitored. I think my one area of concern is that for boarding clients, there is no staff on the premises if something goes wrong overnight. For example, I expressed that my dog had broken both upper puppy canines by chewing out of a crate, so I did not have someone there if he did something similar and got injured.
