Very nice and missy came home all clean and pretty

I liked explanation on webcam. Also bogie seems seems to like it there.

I like that I can watch my dog on the cameras.

At the end of the day when I pick up my doggo, I would love to hear more proactive, personalized feedback from the staff about his day, like which dogs or people he most enjoyed spending time with, or what kind of play he enjoyed, Up until now comments have always been very general, such as “he did well” or “he didn’t have any problems”, and only if I ask. I think the personalized feedback reflects attentiveness and care.
I do really like that some of the morning staff already remember him even though his orientation day was only last week. Your orientation day materials were great. And I like that he is is able to hang with both the bigs and the littles, since he’s a calmer big dog who loves the littles.

Great hours and our pup is excited to go and exhausted when he leaves – we know he has had a good time!

I loved the meet and greet and that after testing, I could then leave my 9 mo old puppy for the rest of the day. A very nice way to see if she really fits in and likes it. The staff is very friendly and always smiling when I drop off and pick up. Love the webcam and the Froyo treat option!
