We adore Katy! She is the absolute best. We were away for awhile because our dog was in training and when we returned we were very disappointed to learn that Chris is gone. Between him and Katy we always knew our dog was well cared for and the customer service was always excellent.
Very welcoming attitude. Katy was especially friendly and helpful. And she was professional in how she handled sled the business side of our startup. I could tell she likes dogs and our dog, Isaac, sensed he was welcome right at the start.
We love dogtopia! Very easy to drop off and pickup. Love that we don’t have to schedule ahead of time. Friendly and wonderful staff!

The people at Dogtopia really care about the dogs! I always know that my dog is taken care of and loved when I drop her off. Not to mention the spa services are great!
The management team does a great job. They seem to really care about the dogs and do activities that make it fun for them and their owners.
My only negative, is that occasionally it really smells when you first walk in.
