The staff seems to be very caring about the animals and that’s the most important characteristic I look for in a daycare, as well as cleanliness.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very clean place. Will definitely be back. Wish you could buy a package to use of a longer timeframe than 2-3 months. We will use daycare once or twice a month, so none of the pre-pay options made sense. Other places in town give you a year to use your visits.

Friendly caring staff. Dogs seem happy. Even after just two visits, Charlie runs for the door when I get my purse. He thinks we’re going to Dogtopia.

My only request would be that the meet and greet and required daycare sessions prior to boarding g would extend beyond the one location. We sometimes take our dog on vacation and kennel her in the vacation city. We are unable to do that at Dogtopia because she hasn’t met that location’s pre boarding requirements.

I was happy overall, my pup had tons of fun, but I would like to bring one thing to your attention. I logged onto the webcam several times for 5 minutes at a time and each time two different dogs were taking turns humping her. I understand that happens, they are dogs, but the employee in that room was not even aware, much less putting a stop to it. Again, I understand the employees have to turn their backs here and there to tend to different dogs, but I think a general scan of the room every so often is not too much to ask. I watched for 5 minutes straight, two different times, and it happened continuously with absolutely no awareness or intervention.

One suggestion would be to maybe add additional employees when room gets that full, in order to have eyes on all dogs at all times. Especially because two dogs trying to do that to one often leads to aggression between the dogs.

It makes me hesitant to bring her back, in all honesty. That was the only issue. Everyone was very friendly and the process was smooth, just wish I could drop her off trusting that situations like the one above would be noticed and addressed in the moment.

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff are very friendly, professional, and are always happy to see our dog!

The employees have been so amazing. I love the webcams too where I can check in on my boy and see how he’s doing. We’re only 2 days in but so far I am very happy to be a part of Green Hills Dogtopia!!
