The patience and friendliness of April and Katy. I needed to find a new groomer and Katy was so nice to work with. My pup got a sweet haircut and I was able to watch his Meet and Greet too. I will definitely use Katy again and I’m comfortable with their pup daycare.

We adore Katy! She is the absolute best. We were away for awhile because our dog was in training and when we returned we were very disappointed to learn that Chris is gone. Between him and Katy we always knew our dog was well cared for and the customer service was always excellent.
Very welcoming attitude. Katy was especially friendly and helpful. And she was professional in how she handled sled the business side of our startup. I could tell she likes dogs and our dog, Isaac, sensed he was welcome right at the start.
We love dogtopia! Very easy to drop off and pickup. Love that we don’t have to schedule ahead of time. Friendly and wonderful staff!
