During our dog’s boarding stay, she got hurt but no one could tell how. Another time we dropped off our dog and they had to crate her because of staffing. I totally understand that staffing is an issue everywhere, but it seems like the turnover is high and that makes things hard in general. This location started out really amazing, so hopefully things will start improving soon.

The staff all seem to love animals and always seem so excited to see my boy! Love that the hours are from 7a-7p; with my work schedule, I welcome the ability to drop him off early and pick him up late when needed.
