Great experience!

The staff is friendly and I can tell that they sincerely care about my pet. The facility is very clean and organized! I also love that I can peek at my pet on camera just to give me extra peace of mind.

Friendly people and video cameras

The staff seems to genuinely care, which is the main selling point for me besides making my dog happy. My dog always seems happy when I check in on her. I am very pleased we have an option for daycare like this in our area because it provides a safe, clean environment for my dog to socialize with pets that have been evaluated for behavioral problems with staff that appears to be well-trained in mitigating risk and redirecting problematic behavior.

Very friendly and safe environment. Lots of things for pups to do and fun events for all. Staff involve parents and help pups give gifts to their parents.

I am so thrilled and grateful for your staff. I have a 1 year old boxador, Mia, that is a home body and has separation anxiety to the point she has put 6 holes in my living room carpet if I leave her. We tried another day care center and they said that she is not a good fit for the center because she “alligator bites” in the air when other dog comes near her. I talked about my concerns with your staff and they all were so sweet and stated that they are willing to work with her and give me their professional opinion. On our greet and meet day the girls explained the process, within 15 mins or so, one of your staff showed me on the monitor that Mia was in the playroom with the other dogs and doing well. At this time Mia still requires some observation time on Saturdays because she is still very nervous, but I am hopeful she will begin to love it. I am planning on enrolling her at least once a week to start once your staff deems appropriate for her and the staff.

Also, I am so impress on how clean the building is and odor free. I appreciate that Dr. Cindric took the time to research on the best hvac system, flooring, cleaning supplies, and cleaning schedule to keep our furry love ones safe.

Feel comfortable leaving our dog there. She loves the interaction with other dogs and is taken care of.

Amazing staff who are well trained and educated about canine behavior and who care about each dog like it’s their own. The rooms are very clean and up to date, the dogs get outside time as well as rest time, and the staff keep the dogs engaged while also making sure that each individual dog is happy and doing ok. Most of all, our dog enjoys her time there!
