Meet the Team
Katie Fritsch, General Manager
As our General Manager, Katie is focused on all things Dogtopia. Just get her talking about Dogtopia and you will see! As a graduate of Seton Hill University, Katie has worked the last 10 years in health care and was ready for a change. Working with dogs is a passion of hers, as she has been a foster parent over the years for dogs, and finds the most joy when her dogs, Cleo and Callie, are happy. She is always willing to listen and is ready to welcome you and your pup to become a Dogtopian! Her favorite activities at Dogtopia are photo days, and we’ve gotta say, she’s good at it!
While not working, you can find Katie enjoying long walks with her dogs around Seton Hill, hiking, biking, hanging out with friends, or making new friends.
Casey, Assistant Manager/Operations Manager
Casey has been a part of the Dogtopia Greensburg team since we opened, and has brought with her years of dog behavior experience. Before working at our facility, Casey worked in other dog daycares and learned how to care for all types of dogs and keep them safe in the daycare environment. With her calm demeanor, invaluable dog experience, and welcoming nature, Casey was the perfect fit to become our assistant manager in August 2022. As the assistant manager/operations manager, it is her job to ensure that your pup has the most exciting day ever at Dogtopia!

Cherrie Cindric, DPM, FACFAS, Owner-operator
Cherrie is the owner of Dogtopia of Greensburg, and began her journey of bringing this phenomenal franchise to Greensburg in 2019. While in Phoenix on a business conference, she discovered Dogtopia in almost every community. As an avid dog lover, she entered one of the stores and was impressed; it was unlike anything she had ever seen. Fresh, clean, and trendy, this daycare model also focused on safety, and has studies of veterinarians, canine behaviorists and environmental biologists build into its every protocol. As a lover of science and dogs, it was love at first sight for Cherrie.
However, Cherrie currently is a busy clinician in the Greensburg area. She owns and operates a full time independent podiatry practice with her husband Todd, with locations in Irwin and Greensburg. With an interest in business, she began discussing this opportunity with her buddy Katie Fritsch. And well, friends, the rest is history! The idea for Dogtopia of Greensburg was born.
Since opening in March of 2022, Cherrie is proud of the Dogtopia brand and the unique type of dog daycare it brings to the area. As a hands-on owner, you will find Cherrie doing some of the day-to-day activities in the daycare when she is on site, as well as running the business behind the scenes. Her favorite thing to do when in the daycare is to take over the spa and give dog baths!
While not working, Cherrie enjoys fitness and triathlon, snuggling with her dogs Frankie and Sparky, reading and travel.
