This was the first time we used dogtopia for grooming and Zen was so great with our boys! They are large golden retrievers and she was very attentive upon our arrival, listened to what we wanted and was done in 2 1/2 hours. They came out looking and smelling great! One of our boys is very anxious and she was able to do more on him than previous groomers elsewhere and she was even was complimentary when I came to get them. We will definitely be coming back! Well done!

Great care of the dogs. Very friendly staff. Only issue is your app just doesn’t work anymore and that is frustrating

Text messages with pictures to let me know my dog was doing well at daycare. Live feed video. Always having a staff member in the room with the dogs.

I was a little disappointed with the final grooming. The ears and tail were not fluffed up like a normal bichon and the face of my snauzer was cut too short off his nose. I asked them to be cut short but also asked that they look like the dogs they are.

Careful evaluation of your dog to be sure it is okay with other dogs. They truly care about your dog and it’s happiness and well being.

Very friendly. New about our dog, afghan hound and their temperament. They talked to us before doing anything. The groomer had to shave our dog due to his Matt’s. I would highly recommend Dogtopia.

Friendly, professional service; the dogs are top priority & well taken care of. Our dog will be boarded for the first time this week, so will have a better opinion after that.

I like that my dog is able to roam in the play rooms with other dogs and interact instead of being in a kennel all day. I also liked that I was able to check in on my dog with the app and cameras.
