Fabulous grooming staff. My dog does so well – one dog at a time and only 1 dog per groomer at a time unlike other stores. Circular drive for pick up and drop off.
Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. I could tell my dog is in great hands!

1st time at Dogtopia. We recently moved to city from the the country. Our 7 year old “puppy” is a rescue dog. She is 10kg and extremely timid – dogs, people, loud noises – almost anything causes her major stress. We were concerned about getting her groomed at a daycare but reviews were very good. The grooming area is in front – away from lodgings areas and quite quiet. When we picked her up, one of the lovely staff had our puppy on her lap – cuddling her. It made us feel that she was well cared for. AND her groom was first rate – they took the time to do all aspects very well.

Your groomer gave our standard poodle, Ferrous, a perfect groom. In addition, she found a tick in his fur and removed it. We will definitely return again!
