I like how quickly they managed to train my dogs, I didn’t think they’d calm down so quickly. Everyone is very friendly and takes good care of the dogs. I also like how the webcams are free, in other places you have to pay extra but it’s good that they’re free here so we can check on them to see how they’re doing.
Charlie is well taken care of by the staff at Herndon. I appreciate all that they do!
My dog was given a bath before we picked him up from boarding. We had scheduled that we would pick him up at 10am. I got there at 10:30 and was told that my dog was still really wet from the bath. I came back and got him closer to noon and he was still soaking wet. So my car and house ended up getting covered in wet dog hair.
It is not a huge deal, but is definitely a detail that I would share with my friends that need to board their pets. Great facility but skip on getting them a bath before pickup
