Things have been going really well since Christian became the new manager. He has hired some good people and he really seems to care about the dogs. He’s very involved in all the day to day stuff. Tyrell is always great too! They both work really hard. Thank you!

I LOVE coming to Dogtopia Herndon, they are always so kind and take amazing care of my puppy. They are always kind and professional, I recommend Dogtopia Herndon to anyone who will listen. I like that the dogs get a rest time in between play times.

The spa treatment on her last day of boarding was good. Nails and coat looked clean and shiny.

The staff are so loving to my dog. Christian, Tyrell and Jasmine are amazing and those I don’t see but I can count on them to love Bronco and let me know any concerns.

the smell. I go to a lot of dog centers and the lobby should not smell so strongly. In addition there is dog hair everywhere in the center. to the point my dog comes covered in other dogs hair. I don’t have this issue at other locations. your location needs to be cleaner.
