To start – the hours of Dogtopia are so convenient. As someone who works across several offices in the area, it is so helpful to know that my dog has a safe, comfortable, FUN place to be – no matter how early I need to leave for work.
Every time I go to Dogtopia, the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are quick to assist with curbside service when necessary/requested. Often, they greet me at the car before I have the chance to walk inside. They know my dog by name and are always so sweet with her as soon as she walks in the door! It makes this dog mom feel happy that they’re happy to see my girl.
The cameras are also a huge plus for me. Being able to watch my pup throughout the day, as well as knowing and seeing first hand how hard the staff works is such a relief. The staff are 100% attentive and are constantly working to interact with the dogs, keep the space clean, and intervene when necessary for little scuffles. I have never once seen anything to cause concern – and I watch the cameras constantly.
I also appreciate that the dogs are given a break mid day. I know that my dog is very excited and friendly – and it makes me feel very secure and safe that she is given time to rest and relax so that she doesn’t get too overstimulated throughout the day. Even with this break, though, she is always so tired and peaceful after coming home from Dogtopia! She loves her time there and is always very excited to go to daycare the next day!
Very accommodating and great with the dogs. Quick communication and always willing to answer questions or come up with solutions. Strongly recommend.
Everyone is very friendly, gets to know you and your pet to make pick up and drop off personal. I always appreciate how quickly they help the process go if they can tell you’re in a rush or how accommodating they can be if you have a few minutes to chat!
I sincerely appreciate the care that you give Snowball during his ‘overnight stays’ when we are out of town. We were most impressed that you gave him a bath during his last stay.
