Lucy loves going to Dogtopia and all the canine coaches. I like that I can see her on the webcams.
In a word: EVERYTHING! The Highland Village team is great group of dog loving / caring people. We trust them to care for “our girls” and we love the webcams!
Keep the number of dogs per room to a reasonable level. I don’t know if you can improve the odor control or not, but that would definitely be appreciated.
Staff is great! It was our first time using a boarding service so, I was a little nervous. We were greeted with smiles and happy customers as we started with daycare and worked our way to boarding. Dogtopia was recommended by a friend and then seeing happy customers coming in and out made me feel very comfortable. Love the access to webcams in the rooms and we got daily updated about our pup. She had a bath before coming home and the reunion was great! Would highly recommend!
