  • Detail oriented and adaptable.
  • Comfortable with technology and speaking on the phone.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to convey empathy over the phone. 

The Dog Parent Support Team is the heart of our organization, bringing together the dog parents and our store teams.  

Location: Our central office in Midtown Phoenix. 

Full-time positions available.

Pay: $15 – $16/hr 

*Dogs must meet the requirements of daycare and pass a Meet and Greet.
