I appreciate how communicative Dogtopia has been, and you’ve answered all of my questions. At the Historic Phoenix location, Rachel and Abby led me through a very friendly, thorough meet and greet, and got me set up right away to check in on my dog via the web cams. Thank you!

Staff is friendly and efficient. Facility is clean and well-run.

Frequently recently it has appeared the beach is closed and there are a lot of dogs in the city. Spacing the dogs into different rooms would be better!

Your staff is generally very very cheerful and helpful — and I’m always impressed at the commitment to “get things right” if they aren’t perfect.

I have already recommended you to a couple of people. I was really happy with all the humans that worked there, everyone was kind and welcoming. I repeated this several times during our meet and greet, but the thing that struck me most was that of all the dogs that were arriving for drop off not a single one hesitated or looked like they didn’t want to see their mom/dad leave. I was impressed that every dog seemed happy to be there and didn’t seem to mind their mom/dad leaving them there.

This dogtopia is convenient for me. IT is easy to drop my dog off and pick her up. The folks that work there are great.

I would like the pricing schedule to be more flexible.

Friendly staff with dogs and dog parents. Love the various activity for the dogs. As pa day services are a big plus.
