Friendly staff with dogs and dog parents. Love the various activity for the dogs. As pa day services are a big plus.

I think the coaches need to be more responsive when dogs poop. There is usually a delay and then the puppies are licking and smelling the poop. We hope that all the puppies are well but sometimes they aren’t. Things can spread.

Also I believe Brandy? Is a little aggressive with the puppies and maybe could be a little more gentle.

Also feeding instructions were not always followed and it was frustrating for me and my dog.

The pet guardians we met during our meet and greet were friendly, obviously in love with the pups in their care

The location is very convenient. The staff is lovely and caring. The facility is clean. My dog enjoys going to Dogtopia.

Gunnar loves it! He gets excited when we drive into the parking lot!! Everyone is very attentive and caring.

The lobby is always very clean, the staff is very nice and actually care for you dog(s) like their own, plus the hours are amazing and can work with lots of peoples work schedules!
