This is the first time I have taken my fur baby for daycare and I am very pleased on how the staff is very friendly and attentive. This makes me feel like I have left my pet in the right hands. I also love the follow up.

We have only been taking our puppy there for a short amount of time, but everyone who works there is so so so kind! Our puppy absolutely loves getting to go to daycare 🙂 Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Really like the care and attention my dog receives at Dogtopia. They really wanted to get to know her and learn what her needs, likes, dislikes and habits are. Great services at Dogtopia.

Emily, the puppy trainer expert :-), was so incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions. She is absolutely knowledgeable and was more than happy to explain the process and told us specifically what the puppy classes would entail. When you have impeccable customer service, that is genuine from a person who truly loves their job and is passionate about what they do, they make you feel valued, and you know your dog will be in the best of care, that means everything. We will definitely continue to use Dogtopia because of the customer service we received, and we will also recommend Cypress Dogtopia to others. We are so excited to start the puppy class with Emily!

Super friendly staff and very helpful with making drop off quick and easy so I can get to work ! I work long hours at the hospital so I love that the allow me to drop off earlier ! Pricing is reasonable for the service! Thank you !
