I love Dogtopia and have taken my furbaby to several locations. It is truly my preferred sitter outside of family members.
I typically do not do Sunday pickups and did not realize that I could only pick up on Sunday from 12-2. That is definitely my fault for not checking. I was late to pick up my dog and kept frantically calling to no avail starting at around 2:03 p.m.
Thankfully I was able to sit outside and wait until someone walked out of the building, but I think a courtesy call would have been good to make sure that my dog was still being picked up – especially since she was only booked through Sunday.
It was harrowing for me because I don’t live in Houston and was faced with the possibility of having to stay over an additional night if I had not been able to get my dog.
It was a lesson learned for me for sure – but again – I think there should have been a courtesy call. Thanks!

Having moved from Norway and Oliver being an outside dog at daycare over there. He was welcomed with open paws at the Galleria. He loves going there and is always very excited to be there. Also for boarding he is in good hands
