Convenience and the level of care given to the dogs

Friendly staff who take excellent care of the dogs.
Staff is caring and attentive.
The friendliness and understanding from the receptionist was unmatched. She answered every silly question I had with kindness. She was giving advice to a worker about what needs to happen. I really like that she treated him with respect and called it a “teachable moment.” I know tensions can be high with a lot of people needing you at once but every worker I met in a couple hours was calm, cool, collected and happy to be there.
Friendly, caring dog lovers that give you confidence your dog is being treated well while in their care!

It was a great environment for my 5 month puppy. She was extremely nervous about her 1st trip to daycare and the staff made her feel completely at home. She had a wonderful time and looks forward to her next trip to Dogtopia.
