Dogtopia cares about each pet — we boarded our dog for several days during vacation, and she was happy and cared for!
The service, the friendly staff, the atmosphere and how the staff cares for the animals.
Dogs are safe, and come back home happy and not showing signs of distress. They have cameras so you can watch them while you are away ( not during the weekends though)
Don’t give them a 10 because at pick up time, they always forget to give us something back or miss placed something.
But again, knowing our dogs are safe and happy are the most important things to us.
Love how I see my dog being cared for. He’s always so excited to go to daycare.
Great customer service, amazing flexibility no matter what time we need to board our dog, great team taking care of our dogs in the playroom and just wonderful people at the front desk.
