Houston – W. Alabama Street Reviews

The staff is great and my dog does well there but he did get bit by another dog and the next time he boarded he got stung by something (both times boarded had to be brought to the vet). Also, they can’t let our big dog stay with our little dog during boarding then charge $60/night for each dog – the highest price I’ve ever paid for boarding and no two-dog discount. Also, my dog gets welts when he’s exposed to the fake air freshener boxes they use. The lobby smell is so strong with the fake smell that I have to rush in and out.

I love Diana and Susan. But all the staff is great. My dogs love it and I have recommended it to other people. Some have taken their dogs to franchises closer to them. I think Amber has made huge improvements to the her places. The new space on W Alabama is perfectly spaced out. It looks much cleaner than the previous space (it is new which helps). I love he social media posts which help owners be engaged and all the photos and parties that you do.

Great location, the staff was super friendly on my kids first day and he came home happy and exhausted. Happy dog happy life.
