First, employees I met are great. Really felt welcomed. Love the report card and photo from my first day. Thank you for taking care of my girl!
Suggestions:
1. Open up both rooms for large dogs. Too many large dogs in one med-size room when two rooms were available.
2. Please take dogs outside to potty before nap time, if not done already. I really don’t want my dog peeing or pooping in the playroom – we have a room like that and go to several rooms like that (w rubber mats) for training like that and NOT acceptable for them to pee or poop there!
3. Please take dogs outside to potty 1-2 at a time – not all at one time. Outdoor potty area is much too small and dogs won’t go with a crowd.

It’s all about Rosco and what I like is seeing him grow up around positive vibes with the coaches and as well with his K9 friends.
The K9 Coaches and Management ensure the environment is safe, clean, and K9 parents are greeted and I appreciate the advices that help me with Rosco.
