Very close to work and I can see my dog on the webcam so i can see how she’s interacting with other dogs
I like the convenience and cleanliness of the place. The app is easy to use and my dogs seem happy when I pick them up. I like the webcam as well because that really eases my concerns about how the dogs are doing during the day. I don’t like the ads on the webcam though and don’t feel they are necessary. Dogs seem well cared for and I would recommend. Overall am happy with the services.
Staff is friendly and remembers the names of the pets. Dog always has fun and likes going.

The employees are superb on both West University and West Alabama locations and are great with the animals .
You get a feeling that they genuinely love animals and like working for the company .
When I bring my dog in they know her name and she runs towards them with her tail wagging so she is definitely being treated great when boarding and at day care . The West University manager is also superb and you can tell she loves her facility and does a great job .
