Food and employees
The staff is so welcoming. My dogs are always greeted with a smile and a friendly rub. The location is super clean. I can leave my pets for an hour or overnight and not worry. If I get anxious, I can peek in on the camera to see them having a great time online.
You need to fix your webcam/ app.
The staff have done an excellent job all the way from the desk to the playroom.
Everyone was very friendly, very comfortable around our dog. And the grooming was great.
I appreciated the tour of the facilities and all of the information provided. I’m still unclear as to why 24/7 video is not provided, even if the dogs are sleeping/in crates. If the capability is there, it should be provided to allow owners to check on their pets whenever they desire.
