Very friendly staff that really created a positive first experience for me and my sweet girl. She has adjusted so well here and is always super excited to go back and play all day! The extra services and steps they provide to ensure a safe, fun environment for these fur babies are truly amazing. They seem to go above and beyond and I trust them completely

Communication after I drop my dog was a little off. I dropped her at 9am and I asked to be called when she was ready but didn’t get a call to pick her up. I just went and pick her up at 12 and she was ready but nobody called me. They did call to ask what kind of haircut I wanted for her and that was great but that was all

My dog likes the service first and foremost so I do as well. The front desk the placement and resting time is great for staff and my hound. Two days / week and the closeness to home are pleasing for me as well.

My pup likes going and is happy. I enjoy being able to check on him with the cameras.

Friendly staff, very close to our residence (physically convenient), wide range of services that we can afford. Plus, Sammie, our dog, loves to visit. Great combination of human and dog positives!

I love that you will get Hollie out of the car! Hollie being a very strong puppy and my health conditions are a recipe for disaster at this moment, so I really appreciate your help until I can do it for myself!!
