The check-in/front desk area is small and cramped which makes it stressful to drop off/pickup. There’s nowhere to wait besides outside if there’s anyone else already there. This is especially true if they have a dog(s) in the room because there is logistically no way to keep them separate. I definitely have some safety and liability concerns because of this lack of space. My hope is that this is a temporary space and there will be a larger space in the future.

The staff that I have encountered so far have been very kind and extremely helpful. I truly feel like they are doing their best despite seeming kind of overwhelmed. However, I do feel like there were things that were overlooked or not fully explained during my meet and greet prior to enrolling that I would have liked to factor into my decision. I was also never offered a tour of the facility. I think having a separate space to do the meet and greets would have helped since there were a lot of interruptions which could have contributed to the disconnect. I do understand there are kinks to work through and plan to see how it goes for a couple months.

I’ve had a great experience so far!! It brings a smile to my face to see how my dog is welcomed with such love and enthusiasm. She loves her time there!
