We love having a clean, safe, friendly and caring environment for Luna to play and stay when we are away from home. The Coaches have taken time to get to know her and offer us great feedback on her day or stays.

We absolutely LOVE the staff here! Every time we drop off or pick up, we’re greeted with such warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The clean, well-maintained building only adds to our confidence in the care our pet receives. It’s heartwarming to see our dog get so excited the moment we pull in, eager to play with their friends.

One small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have a reminder board upfront for the staff to note if a pet owner has brought personal items like leashes, bags, or bowls during drop-off. This could help ensure those items are returned to the correct person, especially if someone else is picking up the pet.

The abundance of staff; knows the doggies very well and care accordingly; the clean new facility; doesn’t smell; the webcam so you know what is happening with your dog; positive staff and space and no hidden fees with boarding or having to choose a play package so they can play, they do anyway!

I love how the staff plan different activities and events to do with the dogs. Also, I enjoy how friendly and caring the staff members our to the pets and families!
