Friendly staff, clean facilities, secure environment, training and calm energy

I was so impressed with how fast you got my dog in.
The staff was extremely professional and I felt good leaving my dog there to get groomed. She looked great when I picked her up.

I don’t feel like my dog gets the same supervision there that she was getting a few months ago.

Sometimes she is in a room with very rowdy dogs, and sometimes she is in a room with more calm dogs. I can’t seem to figure out what the reason is for that Because I thought they were placed in room based on their personality.

I have also ordered her snacks in the past that were not given to her, meaning all the other dogs got to have lunch besides her, and it was all because of someone’s carelessness.

Still happy with Dogtopia, but not as happy as I was a few months ago.

The workers truly are dog lovers! They want to see your dog happy and having the BEST DAY EVER. I bring my dog for daycare and grooming services. The groomer is wonderful and my pup always looks great coming home. They do a wonderful job with baths and nails as well. Love them!
