Very friendly, remarkable and caring team! The facility is super clean and they wore out my dog with playtime.
We live 5 hours away, but we have to come to Jacksonville for my husbands medical treatments. Now we can bring our dog and feel comfortable leaving him at your facility.

The communication isn’t all that is could be. More so than internal communication between team members. Also, the billing situation could be a little bit more improved.
Although we love the service and the company, these issues do prevent us to prevent us from being 100% satisfied
The team members are wonderful. The communication need to improve, whether it’s documenting in the computer system or verbally. If one team member says some thing, it should be put into the system so other team members know what’s going on with that particular client.
