I love the fact that you have padded floors instead of cement. My dog has bad hips. You are also a very clean and safe establishment.
The coaches understand dogs, speak the language, and genuinely love all the pups! Similar to people, not all dogs get along. The coaches know how to easily redirect the pups, make a correction, or separate based on temperament. They understand how to keep a balanced energy. I have total faith that Tripper is in good hands receiving best care in Jax!
Very happy with everything. Love the fact I can watch my baby at any time using the cameras thru my app. I totally recommend them.

The care team love animals and it is obvious. My dog jumps out of the car, runs inside, greets everyone and receives the same joy back from your staff.

My dog had a great time and the surprise free session was an awesome way to see how my dog handled it. It’s just up the street from my job and I feel comfortable knowing he’s close by if something were to happen. The staff were awesome with Ludo and we are excited to bring him back during the work week.
