Friendly and caring staff. My dog loves it there and I feel good leaving him knowing he’ll have a good time.

I love the staff! Every business is built on the people that work there. Everyone is so kind and caring. I feel so comfortable and confident dropping off Mu Shu. The San Marco location is just great. I couldn’t be happier about spending the money each month. He adores everyone there, and can’t wait to see them. He feels like a celebrity and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Everyone that works at the facility are dog lovers. My dog, Buca, absolutely loves the place and everyone there love her.

I love the convenience as a busy grad student/ nurse. My husband is military so we often have changing schedules and they are so go with the flow which I appreciate. Dropping her off is the easiest thing ever and they often meet me at my car. Our puppy always comes back happy and tired from having so much fun. I love that the people actually know and remember her name which makes me feel like she’s in good hands. Dogtopia makes our life so much easier when needed. The baths are also so affordable compared to most groomers. The app is sorta hard to figure out but if you call they are very responsive! 10/10 experience overall

Your team is first-rate, professional, courteous, caring and friendly. Your facility is nice and generally clean and we appreciate the calendar of special “days” for dogs. Even if it’s rarely mentioned, us dog-parents do notice and value those additional touches; please keep them. I also appreciate the webcam availability.

Fantastic and friendly staff. They really love dogs. The drop off is convienent and quick. The early morning and late pickup times are a lifesaver.
