People are friendly. They take good care of our dogs. It almost feels like family because they know our dogs so well!
Your staff answers the phone , and does not let it go to voicemail, then have to wait for a call back. Your staff greets my dog and me in the lobby with a smile and immediately takes the leash to allow me to speak to the staff without need for controlling my active dog.
The lobby area is clean and does not smell like disinfectant or like dogs
The cameras in play areas makes it totally transparent as to what the dogs are doing when I am not there.
