My dog was sent home with a bleeding sore, not their fault, but they did not even notice the blood on his leg. They took him back to get cleaned up. Glad it was really not a big deal, but they just did not notice.

Staff is very friendly.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they love my dog, Moose W. They also remember his name and who he belongs to. Moose loves Dogtopia.

Chanel just started but so far so good. Very welcoming and accommodating.

Amy loves daycare and the staff! Thank you for the cute report cards and photos.

Tazzy has a great time there. Even after the even in October in California, they helped ease her back into interacting with other dogs, which I’m super appreciative of.

All of the staff there seem to LOVE Tazzy and make us feel special each and every time.

The only thing I wish is that if you are travelling and you need to have services of Dogtopia, that you can just go in. I needed to do that in September of last year, and ended up having to go somewhere else in Columbus, Ohio.

But the Katy, Texas location is perfect!

The staffing and cleanliness! Henley is always so happy to come and play and I don’t worry about him while he is there. I like that they can go inside and outside. Also love we can watch in camera while he is there.
