Friendly staff

I had a few questions about payment, i am not sure this was communicated well. I had to follow up with a phone call, but staff were very friendly and the tour of facilities was good and informative.

The staff is amazing! They care about my dogs as much as I do. Every concern I have called for was attended to right away, literally when I was still in the phone with them. They took all my concerns seriously and took whatever actions needed to make me feel more relax about them being there. Never made me feel bad about anything. My dogs and I love Dogtopia of Katy! Recommend this facility to everyone!

My dog (White Siberian Husky) was abused at an early age. I explained my experiences with approachment, touching, bathing, drying, brushing & nail trims. She is extremely afraid of the blow dryer & men. The sound she makes I have never heard before. It truly sounds like someone is beating her to death & she is begging for her life for them to stop. What’s interesting is she does not bite; however, she does mouth. She does snap but only at men & anyone who approaches her. We’ve been building her trust & working on commands. Each day gets better & better. The front desk, manager & groomers were sympathetic & understanding. She’s very treat driven so I brought her favorite collagen bone as that is what seems to redirect her fear to calmness & keeps her busy. The whole staff has followed my instructions such as kneeling down & letting her come to them. The last time I asked if the men could spend more time with her to gain her trust. They did & said they had no problems. YEA! Each time she gets better & better. I am so grateful for their patience, kindness, & courage to work with me to help her. As for her grooming her coat appears to be whiter & shines. her coat is brushed out, her eyes are always cleaned & her fur is dry. She is so cute with her pink handkerchief. I love that the staff knows us and Linus. They’re super sweet and Linus always looks forward to going to daycare!

Everyone is so amazingly kind and welcoming. I can tell these people love my dog, and provide her with a safe, secure, and loving environment.
