Excellent service and friendly staff. They go out of their way to get your pet feeling good.
The staff are so welcoming and I know that my toddler fur baby has lots of fun. He’s exhausted at the end of the day and listens to basic commands so much better than before. Special requests are almost always accommodated. Love knowing that there is no worry of heat stroke since play is primarily inside, but didn’t give a “10” because of the small outside area … he can’t get in a full-on run!
During my tour I saw only 1 staff in the playroom with more the 15 dog in the room.
Take great care of our dog. Like that overnight boarding is available. Like that most of the times dogs are indoors in AC.
