I like the positivity of the staff, they make me and my dog feel welcome. I like the comfort of seeing my dog on the webcam.
Friendly staff, great attitudes
There’s a down time away from other dogs during the day so that our dog can decompress on their own for a bit.
Didn’t get to explore as my dog was not ready for the day care so nothing wrong it’s just we couldn’t avail the service

The only somewhat of a problem I see is there are too many bigger dogs and puppies in the toy box room. Toy box should house smaller dogs only.
The front desk middle aged lady is not welcoming. Several times she’s told me to “use the app” without me inquiring or referencing anything about Dogtopia. She has told me I don’t have reservations when in fact I always reserve ahead.
A lot of effort into making sure my pet is comfortable. I especially like that there are half days!
